Is Myopia reversal really real?

It’s just that it seems too good to be true.
I would welcome being proved wrong.
I remember being a -12 once. Now I’m a -24. Although, my glasses go a long way toward making things not entirely blurry and that’s pretty great. I see life through a thicker lens and I’m ok with that.
But how far up the scale are we talking here? Have any of you actually gotten back to zero? Is it only for people with mild myopia? Just curious.
