sudden blurriness

woke up today and suddenly vision feels like when you get dialted pupil drops for a eye exam and when the drops are loosin its effect your eyes see blurry and jittery.. been like that the whole day, idk if its dryness or something more serious.. it feels like eyes have trouble focusing
