Ways to finish a loop
Post Body

probably going to change the cord out but the question is still valid. Making loops for a tent tie down (photo does not show final size). the double fishermans knot works in this 1.3mm dyneema sheath. It's a tiny little knot but it seems to hold well.

Is there a good way to finish the knot so the tails don't get in the way? Looking for a clean look that is weather proof.

This tape barely works, even were it black it's not clean and I expect it falls off.

I can't melt it because it's dyneema cord. Maybe heat shrink? Is there a better way?
