Why is the FIM Cheese Sandwich Merch a different colour than in the show?

Just a random question that I was really curious about but have never found an answer too, why in some of Funkos FIM Cheese Sandwich Merch drops black, like the colour? I know Funko has a bit of a reputation of miscolouring characters in their merchandise but they had one with the canon colours that are shown in the show. I was wondering if it was part of a collection or just shadowing or something like that but I was just confused about why they changed the colour in the merchandise? :))
