It's not working so far. Plants take too long. I know it won't grow fruit but I just want the tree to grow. People who grow shit are too patient. Also, I might mean clementines or nectarines because tbh I have no idea what the difference is between the three. The small oranges. Those things. But the tree version of it.

I even started composting to make compost for my tree. It's not dirt yet, it's just weird old food. Horticulture is like living in slow motion I swear. I just want a sprig or something. I feel like if I dig up the seeds to see if any of them have roots I'll just kill the sprig before it can do shit but fuck man, it's been like three days, shit's boring.

I'm going to have a pot of dirt forever and it's going to have impotent seeds rotting in it, mocking me.

I water dirt now. This is my life. I am a dirt waterer.
