I've just fallen into severe depression, and I don't know what to do

I had a breakdown last night, so I forced myself to take a few days' leave, but I don't know where to start looking for people for help. All I want to do right now is just lie down and do nothing, and I'm barely holding together enough to ask for help. Is there any reliable online counselling/therapy services I can use? I see many options, but I don't know what to trust, especially when a single session cost like a hundred ringgit.
