Mushroom prolific in garden- any ideas on what kind?

Hi all!
I need some help. I have this crazy looking mushroom on my farm and have no idea what it is. For context we are in Wyoming, 7200 arid desert. It’s growing next to lettuce in beds that have wood chips, aged cow manure, and food based compost. The texture is like silicon, very watery when broken open. Thanks for the help!
