Water Dispenser Cleaning Discovery (USA-GA)

Discovered a relative’s water filter had never had a proper cleaning. Followed manufacturers instructions of 2 gallons fresh water and 2 tablespoons of bleach ( I used bottled distilled water to clean with due to being on a well. Also used 3 tablespoons bleach).
Inside the metal pot is what was drained out of the reservoir. The swabs are what I cleaned out of the dispenser nozzles (I also used diluted bleach for this).
