My gf is bipolar 1 - schedule and routine
(Sorry for not posting, I’ve been distracted lol) Schedule and routine is something we very much need more of. Especially now since we’re moving. We’ve been making lists! Hella lists. They’ve been getting checked off one by one as we struggle to stay sane! Any pointers on gaining a healthy schedule/routine ?
