Clan/Guild uk

Hi, i was wondering if there were any guilds or the equivalent that play in the uk timezone, people who play regularly.
Basically i was playing a pub game and someone took control of the lance and started dishing out orders, not too sound too geek but.. It was AWESOME :D
So yeah, i want more of that, because i think without that, mwo is "fun" but lacks a little something.
Anyone know where i can get that fix? :D
