Does anyone know if the Strike Packages' level VIII challenges (highest level) give any titles/emblems?

I ask because they're pretty demanding (call in 500 UAVs, for example). They're certainly doable, but not within the time it takes you to prestige.

I know there are emblems that unlock early on when you call in 30 UAVs or AUAVs, but not sure if there are other emblems/titles waiting at level VIII (kind of like with perks where you have two emblems per perk, one early on and one at max level).

I tend to play to unlock challenges and if there are indeed titles and emblems to be unlocked at level VIII, that means either waiting until max prestige to unlock them, or getting stuck at a lower prestige level until unlocking them so you can prestige and erase everything.

Anyone reached level VIII in any of the strike package rewards that can shed some light on this? Thanks.

(I've already tried looking up title and emblem lists but all the ones I've found are still incomplete...)
