Mutual Funds that are International Plus Developing Countries? Or Just Developing Country Mutual Funds?

Hello,
I am new to investing and I am wanting to put some spare money into my Roth IRA.
Was wondering if there were good Mutual Funds for international countries that include developing countries. I was told that the big international mutual fund that Charles Schwab uses excludes them.
