Hi Everyone,
I have a 10 acre farm/ranch area in lower Michigan that I have under a lease option. Time is running out and I am having difficulty securing traditional financing even though we have been paying much more than a loan payment for years. I know the land around here is selling for much more than the option I have.
My thought is that perhaps there is an agricultural, rural or other business idea that I haven't thought of because I come from the technical industry. I have a high rate of business success with multiple products for my business process are sound if I have a good working idea. I am wondering if anyone has had luck or knows of business ideas that I can do with the land that there is a need for and therefore I could get business financing.
Alternatively I am also willing to go into a partnership and lease some of the land in exchange for a co-signer for a definitive amount of time.
If anyone has any ideas, any questions or might have something they need land for please reply or send me a message. I do have an imgur album I am willing to share as well with property pictures.
I am pretty solid on writing up business plans if someone points me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance for all of your help
