First time GM here. I wanted to make a stat block for a villain in Mutants and Masterminds who'd be strong enough to hold their own against a party of 5 (obviously using some tricks and terrain to his advantage to.) He would be the big villain at the end of the story, and the players would fight him once they've received a decent amount of power points, (1 per session,) starting at their power level of 10. I'd also be handing out hero points whenever a character had a good RP moment or did something really cool narratively or story-wise. What I'm asking really is what kind of damage/toughness and defences would be good to give him to make him strong enough to be a legitimate threat without making him impossible to deal with?
