Burst Area Trip?

Statting a speedster, and I want her to be able to zip around an area and trip every enemy, but I can't figure out how to price and rank Burst Area Trip. It wouldn't be on Strength like with Disarm, I assume, since Strength doesn't really factor into Trip in any way. Would it be on Acrobatics? Or its own thing?
