Apologies of the way this question is phrased doesn't make sense. I've been learning music and theory, and one concept that always intrigues me bass note harmony/slash chords. I was kinda introduced by the concept when learned about pedal tones. I've messed around with just playing the tonic under chord progressions and seeong how that effects things, and it can totally change the vibe
It's awesome, but struggle to find stuff for full progressions, as you have 7 notes for each chord (or 12 including all notes), and it's hard to hear them in context properly unless you played the chord progression over and over and over and over, although understand that is part of the process.
I just wanted to make a post and see if anyone had any tips or specific examples can mess around with on my keyboard to further my understanding, and my musical literacy.
