I recently came upon a chord progression that goes: F - G - Bm - Bb. This seems to be a IV - V - vii - bVII in C major. Can someone explain what's happening here with the vii chord? This is a key change, right? It doesn't seem to be a borrowed chord since vii doesn't exist in the parallel minor. What about the bVII here? This whole progression is confusing me as to what's happening in terms of harmony. I've never seen a vii minor chord before, nor can I find anything about it online. But it works really well so I really want to understand this.
