Transition between verse and chorus

The chords of the verse are these: "Em Em C B7, Em Em C B7, Em Em C B7, Em Em Em C B7" and the chorus I have in mind goes like this: "C Em Am Am C Em F F F, C Em Am Am C Em F F", I hope you understand. The question is that the transition between the chorus and the verse is wrong because I have noticed that the verse seems to be in the key of E minor, and the F chord sounds wrong and the G does not sound dominant, what can I do?
