Where to get stems that aren't live instruments or outdated techno?

Post Body
Hi all! I'm trying to learn how to mix and master better, both for my own music and because I'd love to eventually be able to charge for my services. However, I don't have a ton of music friends, and the practice tracks I've found on databases that were recommended were...not good. Is there anywhere I can get good ones? I saw something about a marketplace on here but can't find it.
