the riddim style bass, that droning tremolo same note bass that EVERYONE uses. i really dont keep up with the latest performers, but it seems like every video of someone at a festival, its the exact same bass, ill come across 5 diff popular artists and they all do the same thing.

mind you theres some great melodies in between, and grooves underneath, but it got old real quick, its like everyone just took a page from a few skrillex songs and decided that would be the thread that unifies all of these people. imho its lazy, super east to make, and when i see an audience get hyped when the song does the exact same whoosh as the 3 songs before i just dont get it.

maybe someone can explain the appeal, an occasional wub is cool, and i love some sub bass but its just annoying!
