Sync Licensing with YTINIFNI Pictures

I was just offered an exclusive 5 year sync license deal with YTINIFNI Pictures. I have never been offered a sync deal and I know nothing about the process, the pros/cons, etc. Is YTINIFNI Pictures a good company for a sync deal? It is exclusive so I fear on missing out on a potentially better company. Should I sign? Any insight into this would be WELCOME.
