I really think it's silly that a lot of lists of things are secrets when really we should all be sharing as much information as we can. What I am talking about is resources that help bands get to the next level such as

-Touring Lists and Contacts(City, Venue, Genre, Contact Info) -A formatted document with campus community radio stations and their addresses -A list of music newspapers that review CD's and do articles. -A list of popular music blogs you can send your cd into for review. - Any other useful thing you can think of

All of this information is available, but it's not publicly compiled in a lot of cases and if it is compiled, it's by a booking agent or promoter. I don't want to undercut them, but I should be able to book my own tour and launch my own press release, and you all should be able to too!

I have a comprehensive list of Canadian venues and I have a list(which needs formatting) of Canadian Campus community radio stations. I'm currently working on the canadian music newspaper and blog list.

Does anyone want to help contribute from another country so we can share all of our hard work and distribute our music ourselves?
