PNW, north western Washington. First set is the one I’m really curious about, smell delicious (I like mushrooms) but the texture of these is a bit slimy. These came up about two weeks ago and we then had a 6 day stretch of temperatures between 8 and 25 degrees. The second ones are Turkey Tails (though please confirm), what is the recommended preparation? I’ve seen “tea” but what do people do with them?
