Can anyone tell me if these shrooms are problematic on this tree? It’s on my property, and a few popped up overnight it seemed .

Any help would be appreciated- I know once I heard that when some mushrooms grow on a tree it means the tree is infected or something? I don’t believe it wholeheartedly but trying to figure out from you knowledgeable Reddit geniuses! 😉 PS the last two pics are of an area on the ground nearby that had a stump when we moved in years ago (6 maybe?) and I noticed those same shrooms are sprouting there
