Friend not returning my two wheeler

As i moved to UK for my studies, we gave my bike to one of our family friend for daily use. I got to know that since the bike is in my name, if he uses it for any illegal activity it will be associated with me. I am now asking him to return the bike and park it at my parents place. He is not aswering my calls or messages. What options do i have to get it back?
