This is more of a rant. It barely rained heavily and I see car drivers with their hazard lights on. The visibility wasn't even affected by much and these people will cut the lanes like they're driving go-karts.
Is there a rule that rickshaw drivers should not switch on their headlights post sunset? I come across so many rickshaw drivers who do not switch on their headlights even when it is completely dark. BC pata bhi chalta side se aa raha hai.
And finally what's up with 2 wheelers driving in middle of 2 lanes and going between 2 cars? Shanti se ek line mein chalo, kyu marna hai?
