Is it just me or the state Mumbai is in has deteriorated in past 2 years?

All the projects are being delayed, public construction sites are taking ages to reach completion, and the roads are horrible. There are no pot holes on the road now as that patch cannot be considered as a road.

And this is not just in Mumbai but in places surrounding Mumbai as well. The highway immediately after godhbunder bridge is dreadful. That's a national highway but it's been like that for months now. The flyover near McDonald's which comes up ahead hadn't been completed until recently but even that flyover is filled with potholes and is uneven.

They are saying, they'll start the Dahisar-Andheri metro by January but looking at its current condition, I don't think it'll be functional by then.

Edit: I don't even want to mention the internal roads.
