This sounds neurotic but that's kind of my personality. Has anyone devised a training plan for penile and or aneros orgasms? All of the guides I see are "do this or maybe that... We don't know just figure it out" my OCD really wants a "do exactly this, for this many minutes, this many times a day/week... When you have this progress point... Move on to a different exercise"
Maybe it's just how my brain works but I would find something like this much more helpful.
