Need help with FaceTime.

As I mentioned above I need help with FaceTime. I just bought mullvad vpn 2 days ago and every time I try to use FaceTime with it the people are saying that I’m lagging soo bad. I checked my speed and it’s kinda good like 200Mbps. So if anyone has any suggestions how to fix it please comment it down would appreciate it a lot.
