Using MUGEN for commercial purposes

I would like to use Mugen to create some content for some of my new episodes of my video series.
I would be using my own characters and backgrounds etc.
Just would like to know if anyone knows if it is allowed to screen capture gameplay created on Mugen and upload it on sites where I may make income from views or subscriptions.
Alternatively if anyone has contact information for elecbyte I would ask directly as everything I click online seems to no longer exist.
