There's plenty of reasons this qual is flawed but my main gripe is that it's the equivalent of old money. If you didn't get it a long time ago, you're never going to get it since they apparently stopped giving this qual out years ago. That means all masters work goes to the same small group of people that's slowly dwindling away anyways as more people drop off of Mturk while no new masters quals are given out meaning the number of master workers can only go down whereas the amount of work can still go up.

If you're not going to continue supporting the masters qual by continuing to give it out to workers who have shown they deserve it (and possibly stripping it away from workers who no longer deserve it), then it should be removed from the platform.
