What is Mturk Engine?

Mturk Engine is a free and open source userscript for https://worker.mturk.com/. You can find more information about the script, as well as the source code, on the Github repo: https://github.com/Anveio/mturk-engine

Installation

If you already have Mturk Engine installed, your data will carry over to the new version. Click the "check for updates" button in your TamperMonkey to get 1.7.0.

1. Download Mturk Engine here.

2. Navigate to https://worker.mturk.com/?mturkengine while logged in to your Mturk account.

• You can now sweep large amounts of requesters or HITs from your blocklists.
• Items in your queue now have many of the same features as search results, such as blocking and adding a watcher. Thanks to https://github.com/Anveio/mturk-engine/issues/16
• If you've ever used the account tab, a "Copy ID" button will be present on the top right.

Minor:

• Text showing how many HITs you've done for a requester under a search result now shows the amount of rejections as well.
• Added buttons to copy information from an entry in your HIT database.
• Added menu items to copy HIT information (including the requester's name and ID) under each search result.
• Watchers now cancel themselves when exceeding MTurk's API limit.
• Added a warning when watcher audio is enabled but audio is globally disabled.
• A search that yields no results no longer cancels continuous searching.
• When adding a watcher via a search result, the description will have the requester's ID. Thanks to: https://github.com/Anveio/mturk-engine/issues/22

Bugfixes:

• Fixed some false positives when accepting a HIT via search results or watchers.
• Fixed "Refresh Database" tooltip not disappearing after clicking underlying button.
• Fixed many issues relating to menu and popover positioning on different screen sizes.
• Fixed broken "Contact Requester" menu option under search results. This option now only appears for items in your queue.
