the title sounds a little scarier than it really is, but i've been getting a string of rejected hits for "incomplete transcripts," when the transcript is complete. the false rejections have been corrected, but only after a very long and tedious conversation with several SI staff members, spanning over several weeks.
make sure to save your transcript files with the audio file name and hit number in a separate document.

Well, having backups of your documents is always important, but occasionally I just assume that the whole transcript's gone through correctly, and sometimes it doesn't go in my favor. The pay's actually not terrible either. It obviously could be higher, but with my speed, my pay generally comes out to around $10-15 an hour, depending on the quality of audio.
