So about a week ago I had some issues with Amazon Payments. They were unable to verify my account, so they suspended it. After getting some advice from the people here, I was told that I should fax over some proof of Identity. I gave them my Drivers License, Passport, and a recent paystub which confirmed my address.
That was a week ago. Since then I've written them 3 emails, I've called the support line twice, and written to Mturk directly. All emails have not been returned, both phone calls basically ended with. "We'll have someone from the Payments team contact you." and both times I've received 0 contact from anyone who works in Payments.
So I guess this is it for me as far as Mturk goes, I don't see any way of moving forward if they outright refuse to contact me. I wouldn't be as upset if I didn't have $20 being withheld from me that I put in the time to earn, but I guess that's just the way it has to be.
Thanks to everyone who's given me help, I wish it could have turned out better, but I appreciate it just the same.
