What happens if I have two Llanowar elves and one becomes my ring bearer?

I know one becomes legendary but would I need to sack the other, since one is legendary and they have the same name ?
I have the same question about [[psychic paper]] if I have a legendary creature take the name Llanowar elf will I have to sacrifice my Llanowar elf ( seperate from the ring bearer example )
