Banisher Priest Swapping Sides?

If a card is used to switch the team that Banisher Priest is on, do its abilities Re-activate (Un-exiling Target Card, then gaining the ability to Exile another card) Or does the card it banished originally remain Exiled, and the card simply switches teams?
