TCGPlayer is my go to for ordering cards, as it’s the one that usually has the most in stock. Unfortunately there’s a huge bug that really makes me want to stop ordering from them.
For reference I am a traveling healthcare worker. So my billing address and my shipping address are not the same. For some reason, TCGPlayer will randomly switch the two, sending my packages to a completely different address over 16 hours away. I take care to double check before I complete my order to ensure that it’s correct, and yet when I go to check on the shipping it’s inevitably switched. It makes no sense. If it’s correct when I click complete order (which I assume it is, as my bank should deny the charge if the billing information is incorrect) then TCGPlayer has a serious bug with their system. I know most people never run into this issue, as most people bill and ship to the same address, but for the few people that have separate addresses for each, this is extremely frustrating.
TLDR: My billing and shipping addresses are not the same and TCGPlayers system switches them after completing my order, sending my packages to the wrong address.
