I've been putting together an Innistrad-only set cube. 6 of each common, 3 uncommons, 2 rares, 1 mythic. I found my old draft chaff today which filled out most of the commons/uncommons. For anyone who's done this- should I be omitting cards? For example, [[Stony Silence]] and [[Gruesome Deformity]] don't seem to affect the drafting format all that much. On the other side, was [[Invisible Stalker]] a mistake and should be omitted?
How important are the rares/mythics? I hate having to pull out Snapcaster/Liliana to use elsewhere, Geist of St Traft is part of my main cube, etc. Will it play fine with most of the commons/uncommons but missing some rares?
On the practicality side, do set cubes usually get sorted by rarity, so each pack has a rare, 3 uncommons, a flip card, and 10 commons, or is it fine to do the general mish-mash of shuffling it all together? How do people usually do double-faced cards? Is this a mistake and I should try curating a cross-block Innistrad cube?
