Help With Triggers And Ruling.

Hello, was playing a game of magic with upgraded versions of the MH3 precons, and we had a bit of a debate about something. So I had Ulalek, 2 copies of Echos Of Eternity, and Parallel Lives on the field. I casted It That Betrays and activated Ulalek once. We had a heated debate about the order of the stack and how many token copies I got of ITB were created. If you/yall have time can yall calculate how many were created to settle the debate and clear things up it would be appreciate
