Anti Legendary Advice

My budy plays this super obnoxious all legendary commander deck with insane ramp.
It wrecks anything I have and I just want a card I can have as a deterent from playing that deck all the time.
Are there any cards that are Anti legendary, or target legendary creatures?
Something that would just completely nullify his deck so he plays with other decks?
I know it's a dick move but I'm sick of this deck
