chasing certain decks

there are decks i wanna get and i was wondering if there are any premade decks for them about i could buy.
ones im interested in:
-phyrexian only
-merfolk/underwater themed.
-dinosaur only
-dragon only.
this one might be a stretch, i doubt it, willing to build it if not.
-steampunk themed.
if not, then what sets do i need to get?
