Whereas effort has been taken to grief and destroy the Little Eoahtl Nature Preserve by the private citizen, KingCold64,

Whereas previous attempts at arbitration were settled by both plaintiff and the accused by effort of then-presiding judge, Ham_Swiss, but the accused failed after a whole year to provide the agreed arbitration sum,

The plaintiff, Isit2004, requests the court begin trial proceedings to charge KingCold64 with the following:

• A violation of Criminal Code pursuant to 100.03, "Third Degree Griefing." This was accomplished through the deliberate destruction of leaf blocks on multiple planted-not naturally generated-trees inside of the Little Eoahtl Nature Preserve, especially trees which were reinforced.
• A violation of Criminal Code pursuant to 200.01, "Theft of Property." This was accomplished through the theft of the leaf blocks from multiple trees inside of the Little Eoahtl Nature Preserve and the transfer of those cosmetic developments of Isit2004's property to KingCold64's own possession.
• A violation of Criminal Code pursuant to 200.01, "Theft of Property." This was accomplished through the failure to satisfy the terms of arbitration after, at the time of writing, 373 days, depriving the plaintiff from his rightfully owed and agreed upon sum of leaves.

The plaintiff asks the court recognize the patience with which it has handled this case and awaited justice.
