Gamephobic trespassed on my vault hole Today. He got close enough (almost near bedrock - definitely intentionally) to hit a snitch there. I have a right to privacy and security in my property. I do not affiliate with Gamephobic, and I have never wished to. It is common sense that you should not trespass on the vaults or vault holes of others without permission - especially if you are at odds with the the owner. Gamephobic knows that we are at odds, to prove that I will cite my pending trial against him, and previous interactions with him in the judicial system. Gamephobic is an ally of Ashnwill, who griefed my vault hole just under two months ago, and likely leaked information about the hole to ashnwill last time [trial pending]. Him visiting my vault hole is totally unacceptable.

I wish to charge for:

1 count of 600.01 Violation of the Bill of Rights or Constitution (MABOR VI.)

a. Generally, any blatant violation of a protection or provision of the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, or other bill, resolution, or elevated legal document considered a binding contract on citizens and visitors to Mount Augusta.
