I would like to charge GamePhobic with the following:

1 Count of 300.01 Murder

a. The willful killing of another individual without their consent and not in self-defense or in the effort to pearl or kill a griefer. (see subsection 5)

1 Count of 200.01 Theft

a. Intentionally takes and carries away, transfers, conceals, or retains possession of property of another without the other's consent and with intent to deprive the owner of possession of such property.

3 Counts of 600.01 Violation of the Bill of Rights or Constitution

a. Generally, any blatant violation of a protection or provision of the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, or other bill, resolution, or elevated legal document considered a binding contract on citizens and visitors to Mount Augusta.

III. All persons have inherent dignity and the right to have their dignity respected and protected.

V. All persons have the right to freedom and security of the person, which includes the right:

iii. to be free from all forms of violence from either public or private sources, except as necessary to be pearled if explicitly permitted by law;

v. not to be treated or punished in a cruel, inhuman or degrading way.

GamePhobic intentionally and repeatedly interfered with my progress on preparing the rails for a connection with Bloom by deliberately walking up to blocks I broke and taking them. While I let this go the first few times, it continued to happen. Hence, I finally attempted to arrest/detain/kill GamePhobic with my pickaxe while in Fire Prot armor. I hesitated for a moment after the first blow, figuring that GamePhobic might concede and hand the items back over. Instead, GamePhobic continued to strike me with his pickaxe - even while it was clear that I had hesitated (waiting to get the items back) - until I was brutally murdered. He then ran off with my items, and during a brief encounter in the railstation with GamePhobic, SquareBlob, and myself, he only handed me a few rails, instead of the rails, my armor, my food, and my pickaxe. He then hopped back on the rails, I attempted to stop his cart to no avail. To my knowledge he still holds all of the remaining items. My time has been wasted, and I have been disrespected, all I was trying to do was complete a public works project.

I will not be making a settlement without reparations.
