The sad sad story of a revengeful soul

Today at 11:49 UTC; HenryDraton, on his alt "Orionite" pearled me. Right off the bat, this alleged "arrest" seemed fishy, but soon after, I would realize that my pearl was being illegally held for no crime whatsoever.

Henry changed his narratives several times regarding the reason of my arrest. Some examples are:

6. [00:48:21] [mtachat] [Orionite] I still remember when Godo pretended to be a government official and managed to get people convicted of treason for killing him

As you can see, Henry somehow managed to pearl me for 12 completely different crimes I allegedly commited. Henry not only failed to justify his "reasonable suspicion" but is also not even a victim of any of the crimes he pearled me for.

All of these alleged crimes were also cleared up afterwards by either DCHERO or Squareblob (who would be in charge for suing for the treason charges). I'll explain why each reason is absolutely bollocks:

1. I mean this isn't even a crime, idk what henry was thinking about.

2. Not only did this never happen, but squareblob would have to be the one suing for such charge.

3. Program dropped all charges on discord, and henry was made aware of this.

4. This never happened so it's impossible to have reasonable suspicion of such crimes. I'd also like to point out the wording henry used "I could pearl you". The word could clearly states that I had not been pearled for such crime, one cannot justify arrests after they happen because then it's obvious that one didn't have suspicion of said crime. Suspicion always comes before arrest, never the way around.

5. Uhhhhhh I need a cryptologist to decipher this for me, I really don't know what he was trying to say here. Anyway, he had already given four different reason so it doesn't really matter what reason he gave at this point.

6. This is another charge that squareblob, as mayor, dropped or agreed not to prosecute. Additionally, I never pretended to be a government official, the judge just assumed I was and delivered the treason charges based on that (perjury also wasn't even a thing when the trial this is referring to happened, so not even a crime).

• 1, 4, 5 and 6 are not crimes.

• 2 and 6 were dropped by squareblob.

• 3 was dropped by program.

All of the charges, even if alleged, were dropped. I am being held without any justification. When I questioned my captor about this, I was not given an answer.

Anyway let's get to the charges

• One count of 200.01, Theft -

a. Intentionally takes and carries away, transfers, conceals, or retains possession of property of another without the other's consent and with intent to deprive the owner of possession of such property.

For not returning all the mats for an embassy I had on hand while murdered, also claiming they had been placed on a chest I could access; this was not true.

• One count of 300.01, Murder -

a. The willful killing of another individual without their consent and not in self-defense or in the effort to pearl or kill a griefer. (see subsection 5)

For willfully murdering without my consent, nor legal justification. (As shown above).

• One count of 500.01, Treason -

c. Any attempt to cause the unjustified murder or removal from play any portion of the leadership of Mount Augusta, including but not specifically limited to the Mayor, the Judges, the Bailiff, the Cartographer, the Diplomat, or any other named position current or future.

For unjustly removing me (Diplomat) from play, causing me to be unable to complete my government tasks (was compacting mats for an embassy when pearled)

• Two counts of 600.01, Violation of the Bill of Rights or Constitution -

1. CMA§III.A

   iv. Every accused person has a right to a fair trial, which includes the right ­ to be informed of the charge with sufficient detail to answer it; to have adequate time and facilities to prepare a defense; to have their trial begin and conclude without unreasonable delay; to be present when being tried; to choose, and be represented by, a legal practitioner, and to be informed of this right promptly; to have their pearl held by the court during proceedings.

   The moment I'm writing this (5 hours since my pearling), I am not aware of the charges I'm being arrested for. I could not contact my captor for further information as he has /ignored me.

   VI. All persons have the right to privacy, which includes the right to be secure in their persons, houses, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures.

   Since my captor ran in circles around my house for around an hour.

This also serves as a formal petition to the judge to order my immediate release.
