Accused charges are the following: 600.01. The order of the trial is thusly:

d. Defense cross examination.

e. Defendant presents evidence, and calls witnesses.

f. Prosecution cross examination.

g. Prosecution closing statement.

h. Defendant closing statement.

i. The judge of the case will decide guilt or innocence on the charges, as well as the amount of time to be served, as per the Mount Augusta Criminal Code.

j. Details of the trial and the judge’s determination must be posted publicly by the judge or the judge’s designee within 24 hours of the conclusion of the in game trial to /r/mtaugustajustice.
