Whereas unnecessary and potentially criminal action has been taken against properties administrated by the Little Eoahtl Property Company—(Relevant Private Citizens: Supplementary A)—by the private citizen, Higgenbottoms, the plaintiffs named in Supplementary A ask the court to charge Higgenbottoms for the following:

• A violation of criminal code 600.01, Violation of the Bill of Rights or Constitution, by means of violation of Article V of the Bill of Rights, concerning the right not to be treated or punished in a cruel, inhuman, or degrading way. This was achieved through the placement of banners portraying the Yoahtlan flag crossed out in blood red on the doors of a shop maintained by a Yoahtlan Expatriate, Isit2004, threatening him and attempting to degrade his security of person by creating an unsafe feeling with targeted and direct placement of Anti-Yoahtl banners,

• A violation of criminal code 600.01, Violation of the Bill of Rights or Constitution, by means of violation of Articles II and X of the Bill of Rights. This was achieved by the placement of directed banners on the shop of a Yoahtlan Expatriate, attempting to degrade his dignity as a fellow Augustan Private Citizen, harass his reputation, and attack him for his past association with Yoahtl, despite a right to free association.
