Prosecution's Claims

It has come to my attention from this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/MtAugusta/comments/8l5p2e/regarding_the_river_plot_controversy/dzd8ayo/

that the chests with construction materials mentioned in the other trial ( https://www.reddit.com/r/mtaugustajustice/comments/8l6k7n/trial_crimeo_vs_jonassn_firebreed/ ) were allegedly located on the creekside plot south of the theater, not across the street.

Just to be safe and to make sure these heinous criminals do not slip the bonds of justice, I am also charging them therefore with new, additional counts of:

100.02 Griefing with intent to gain entry. For breaking chests in the creekside plot.

200.01: Theft of construction materials from the creekside plot, used to build the offending corner structure. (And theft of the chests themselves.)

600.01: Violation of the constitution for seizing Mirakles' personal, private effects (construction materials) from his chests in the creekside plot, violating MABOR VI.

The same terms for dropped charges apply as in the other trial.
