Prosecution's claims

On the 20th-21st of May, I claim that Jonassn and Firebreed griefed and stole from Mirakles. Charges:

100.01: Griefing with intent to destroy. They built on Mirakles' land (specifically, the previously grassy corner by the artificial creek, immediately east of the golden horde building, and south of the theater), which Mirakles had been given by Njordomir. This altered and ruined the plot, partially destroying the property. They also acid blocked an existing structure on the creekside plot.

100.02 Griefing with intent to gain entry. For breaking chests in Mirakles' shack.

200.01: Theft of construction materials from Mirakles' shack, used to build the offending corner structure. (And theft of the chests themselves.)

600.01: Violation of the constitution for seizing Mirakles' personal, private effects (construction materials) from his chests, violating MABOR VI.

600.01 (count 2): violation of IV.B.i:

i. Property may not be modified, moved, or destroyed without the consent of the property owner unless such action is the minimum required to bring such property within legal bounds.
