Post Body

Comes forth, citylion, representing plaintiff National Union Party Chancellor Kdeeks

On the day of May 1st 2018 HamAndSwiss and CulturedSquire murdered Chancellor Kdeeks. 1

The plaintiff would like to press charges on HamAndSwiss under 300 - 300.1 Murder for the offense,

a. The willful killing of another individual without their consent and not in self-defense or in the effort to pearl or kill a griefer. (see section 6)

The plaintiff would also like to press charges on CulturedSquire under 300 - 300.1 Murder for the same offense,

a. The willful killing of another individual without their consent and not in self-defense or in the effort to pearl or kill a griefer. (see section 6)

As you can see in the video, chancellor Kdeeks was standing minding his own business when HamAndSwiss directly aided by CulturedSquire violently attacked, and murdered him for seemingly no reason. This was not an act of self defense, as Kdeeks had not made any direct threats nor had taken any aggressive actions. The streets of Mount Augusta must be kept safe your honor, players should not be tolerated for aggressively murder their fellow denizens.

Respectfully, Legal Counsel to the Plaintiff, citylion
